This policy outlines what to expect regarding production times, shipping options, and delivery estimates.
1. How We Calculate Delivery Time
It is important to note that "Shipping Time" is separate from "Production Time." The total time it takes to receive your order is calculated as follows:
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = Production Time + Shipping Time
- Production Time (Handling): The time it takes for us to print, assemble, and quality-check your order (usually 1 – 3 business days).
- Shipping Time (Transit): The time it takes for the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver the package to your door.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
- Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (EST) daily.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.
3. Shipping Options & Estimates (United States)
We partner with major US carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

4. Shipping Restrictions (Important)
To ensure your custom products arrive safely, please note the following carrier restrictions:
- PO Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Express Shipping is NOT available for PO Boxes or military addresses. If you provide a PO Box for Express Shipping, your order may be delayed or downgraded to Standard Shipping.
- Oversized Canvas Items: Due to size limitations with certain carriers, Canvas prints larger than 30x40 inches cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and must be shipped to a physical street address via UPS Ground.
- International Orders: Currently, we offer Standard Shipping for international customers with an estimated transit time of 10 – 20 business days.
5. Order Tracking & Multiple Shipments
- Tracking Updates: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for the carrier to scan your package.
- Multiple Packages: To ensure the highest level of protection, Canvas products are often shipped individually in specialized protective packaging. If you order multiple items (e.g., two canvases or a canvas and a shirt), they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.
6. Shipping Issues & Support
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days or shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. However, if you notice an error, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order to request a correction.

Is it easy to clean? And will the colors fade over time?

I’m worried my phone photos might be too blurry. How do I know if they’re okay to print?
Don’t sweat it! Our professional artists manually check every photo submitted. If your image resolution is too low, we won’t just print it—we’ll reach out to you within a few business hours to help you find a better version.
Will I get to see a design proof before my order is printed?
To get your custom art to you as fast as possible, we move straight to production if your photo meets our quality standards. However, if our team sees any room for improvement, we will email you a proof to review before we hit print.
Does the canvas come ready to hang, or do I need to buy tools?
Your art is Ready-to-Hang right out of the box! Each canvas is professionally stretched over a sturdy wooden frame and includes pre-installed hardware or pre-drilled holes. No extra trips to the hardware store needed.
Do I really get a complimentary Digital Version of my artwork?
Yes! Every canvas order includes a high-resolution Digital File of your custom art at no extra cost. We’ll send it to your email so you can use it for social media, phone wallpapers, or share it with loved ones.
How long does shipping take?
Since every item is made-to-order:
USA Shipping: Total delivery usually takes 5–11 business days.
International Shipping: Typically arrives within 11–23 business days.
Note: Production takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

I ordered multiple items but only one box arrived. Where is the rest?
To ensure safety, we wrap each piece in a protective sleeve and ship it in its own specialized box. Packages may arrive a day or two apart. Check your email for individual tracking numbers for each item.
Can I change or cancel my order if I make a mistake?
You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or to cancel. After 6 hours, your order enters our automated production line and cannot be modified.
What if I’m simply not happy with how the artwork turned out?
Our mission is to turn your house into a Home. If you aren't in love with your order, please reach out! While we don't offer refunds for "change of mind" on custom items, we are committed to making it right. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a design adjustment that you’ll truly love.
What happens if my canvas arrives damaged?
Your peace of mind is our priority. We offer a "Keep It" Policy: If your item arrives damaged, just send us a clear photo. We will ship you a replacement at no additional cost, and you don't have to deal with the hassle of shipping the original back to us
