This policy outlines what to expect regarding production times, shipping options, and delivery estimates.

1. How We Calculate Delivery Time

It is important to note that "Shipping Time" is separate from "Production Time." The total time it takes to receive your order is calculated as follows:

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = Production Time + Shipping Time

  • Production Time (Handling): The time it takes for us to print, assemble, and quality-check your order (usually 1 – 3 business days).
  • Shipping Time (Transit): The time it takes for the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver the package to your door.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (EST) daily.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

3. Shipping Options & Estimates (United States)

We partner with major US carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

4. Shipping Restrictions (Important)

To ensure your custom products arrive safely, please note the following carrier restrictions:

  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Express Shipping is NOT available for PO Boxes or military addresses. If you provide a PO Box for Express Shipping, your order may be delayed or downgraded to Standard Shipping.
  • Oversized Canvas Items: Due to size limitations with certain carriers, Canvas prints larger than 30x40 inches cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and must be shipped to a physical street address via UPS Ground.
  • International Orders: Currently, we offer Standard Shipping for international customers with an estimated transit time of 10 – 20 business days.

5. Order Tracking & Multiple Shipments

  • Tracking Updates: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for the carrier to scan your package.
  • Multiple Packages: To ensure the highest level of protection, Canvas products are often shipped individually in specialized protective packaging. If you order multiple items (e.g., two canvases or a canvas and a shirt), they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

6. Shipping Issues & Support

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days or shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. However, if you notice an error, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order to request a correction.
