Shipping policy

At Gloxo Store, every order is made to order in the USA and carefully crafted just for you.

Because each piece is custom-made, your order requires production time before it ships. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping restrictions, and how we handle common shipping issues.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 1–3 business days.

Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM EST
Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Production time + shipping time

For orders within the United States, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–11 business days total
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days total

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

To help your order arrive safely, please note the following:

  • Oversized canvas prints cannot be delivered to PO Boxes
  • Large canvas orders must be shipped to a physical street address
  • International orders may take longer due to customs processing, which is handled by local authorities and outside our control. Current international transit estimates are 10–20 business days.

Tracking & Multiple Shipments

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Because canvas items are packaged carefully for protection, multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. If your order is shipped in more than one package, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Issues

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, or shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us and we will help review the issue with the carrier.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. This timing is aligned with your current order-change window in the refund policy.
