Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes. If you’d like to review your design before printing, just email us at support@gloxostore.com after placing your order, and our team will be happy to help. We want you to feel confident and excited before your custom canvas goes into production.
Will a real designer review my personalized artwork?
Yes. Every personalized artwork is reviewed by a real designer before production to make sure your photo, names, dates, and layout look clean, balanced, and ready to print.
We don’t just auto-place your details and send them straight to print. If something looks unclear or may affect the final result, our team may contact you for a better photo or updated information before moving forward.
What if I entered the wrong name, date, or shipping address?
